Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 91(FIN) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 91(FIN) was read the third time. The question being: "Shall CSHB 91(FIN) pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: CSHB 91(FIN) Third Reading Final Passage YEAS: 33 NAYS: 3 EXCUSED: 2 ABSENT: 2 Yeas: Anderson, Berkowitz, Chenault, Cissna, Crawford, Croft, Dahlstrom, Fate, Foster, Gara, Gatto, Gruenberg, Guttenberg, Hawker, Heinze, Holm, Joule, Kerttula, Kott, Lynn, Masek, McGuire, Meyer, Morgan, Moses, Ogg, Rokeberg, Samuels, Seaton, Stepovich, Stoltze, Weyhrauch, Wilson Nays: Coghill, Kohring, Wolf Excused: Kapsner, Kookesh Absent: Harris, Williams Rokeberg changed from "Nay" to "Yea". Seaton changed from "Nay" to "Yea". And so, CSHB 91(FIN) passed the House and was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
